P-8A Poseidon Air Stair Control System

The P-8A Poseidon is a long-range anti-submarine warfare, anti-surface warfare, intelligent, surveillance and reconnaissance aircraft.

The P-8A Air Ladder is used for crew loading and unloading through the forward entry doorway of the aircraft. Eng Tech was selected as the instrumentation supplier of the electrical system to control and monitor the Air Ladder. All electrical systems including the motors have been approved for MIL-STD 461 at an independent laboratory per Boeing specifications.
